Mayerthorpe

The Mayerthorpe branch was purchased by Western Financial Group in 2001, we are a small community located between Edmonton and Whitecourt with a population of approximately 1,400 people.  Every year we strive to be a part of the community by making our presence known. To date, we have donated over $24,000 to our community through the Western Community Foundations core programs. The Mayerthorpe branch has been lucky enough to take part in many activities such as sponsoring Apples for Everyone at the local elementary school, the pancake breakfast for the AG Fair, gift bags for all attendees of the Rural Women’s Conference, the Christmas Light-up and parade along with anything else our community puts on. We hope to grow our involvement even more in the coming years!
