The Western Financial Group Communities Foundation (WCF) is wrapping up 2021 by awarding 34 projects across Canada with $5,000 Infrastructure Grants totaling $170,000!
Each year we ask our team members to nominate a charity or project within their community to receive this grant; historically, those entries were chosen by a random draw. We then select a designated number of projects to be awarded the $5,000 grant. Kenny Nicholls, President & CEO of Western Financial Group and Western Communities Foundation, announced to our team members that we can award every nomination with the grant because of the amount of funds raised this year.
